Stuart Large, the Kings Lynn VW salesman who dealt with my purchase, listened to me and was quick to take on board what I wanted from a car - reliability, ability to cope with the Norfolk weather and road conditions, a decent sized boot and good mpg. The vehicle I test drove, the new Up!, seemed perfect. But as it was the first car I had looked at I needed to explore and test drive a few more cars. Stuart Large and his fellow salesmen did not try to offer any other inducements to make me buy the Up! straight away. They seemed confident that the VW product would speak for itself in comparison with any other cars I might test drive. They were correct in being confident in their product as after trying several other cars, I came back to purchase the VW Up!
